A.V. Jones, Jr.
A.V. Jones, Jr. has a 50+ year track record of seeding, investing in, and operating middle market businesses in a variety of industries, including oil and gas production, specialty manufacturing, funeral home facilities and operations, real estate, and water purification. Mr. Jones is a co-founder of Quantum Energy Partners, a group of energy private equity funds, which has closed five funds with over $6 billon in aggregate capital commitments. Prior to co-founding Quantum Energy Partners, Mr. Jones helped co-found several successful ventures, including EnerVest, Ltd., Globex Energy, Inc., JM Petroleum Corporation and Taurus Energy Corp. He has decades of experience as an owner and manager of his own Family's exploration and production companies, including Jones Company, Ltd., JHJ Exploration, Ltd. and Van Operating, Ltd. Mr. Jones is the former Chairman and Treasurer of the Independent Petroleum Association of America and a former President of the West Central Texas Oil and Gas association. He holds a B.S. in Geology from the University of Oklahoma.

Don Fitzgibbons
Don Fitzgibbons is the chief financial officer of The Albany Group, and a certified public accountant. Mr. Fitzgibbons has served as chief financial officer for Jones Company, Ltd. and Van Operating Ltd. in addition to serving roles in risk management, human resources and tax/accounting advising. Mr. Fitzgibbons has over 25 years of experience in evaluating, negotiating, and initiating investments, and previously served as chairman on investment committees for foundations and endowments, in addition to serving on Limited Partner Advisory Committees for multiple private equity funds. Mr. Fitzgibbons holds a BBA in accounting from Abilene Christian University.

Jeffrey A. Jones
Mr. Jones graduated from West Texas State University with a BS in Geology in 1977. Since then he has been an employee and partner is several of Mr. A. V. Jones, Jr. and Family related businesses and exploration oriented companies. These include Jones Company, Ltd., JHJ Exploration Ltd., Van Operating, Ltd. (Exploration Manager) and Quantum Energy Partners.

Up until 1990 his career was primarily devoted to generating, managing and executing oil & gas exploration programs. In the 1990’s he became involved in private equity related investments that ultimately led to the formation of Quantum Energy in 1998. He currently serves Quantum as Director and member of their technical team.

Zach Jones
Zach Jones is manager for Rio Brazos Acquisitions, LLC. Zach has over 10 years of experience as a petroleum landman and title agent with the majority of his focus being in land acquisitions, negotiations, and divestitures. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen, Young Professionals in Energy, and the Independent Petroleum Association of America. Zach holds a B.S. in Communications from Texas Christian University.

Will Tucker
Will Tucker is a principal and co-manages the assets of The Albany Group, is president of Tucker Resources, chairman of Scott Tucker Construction, a certified geologist, and a Texas certified classroom teacher. Mr. Tucker holds a BS in Geology from Hardin-Simmons University, is a graduate of the Teacher Certification Program at Midwestern State University and is a current candidate for a Masters of Environmental Management degree at Western Colorado University.
